List the rooms, furniture and belongings you want to include. Note what you plan to pack yourself and what you would like to discuss, rather than assuming every item or room is included.
Flag items that need extra care
Describe fragile, unusually shaped or specialist items and how they are currently packed. Confirm any special handling requirements before adding them to the agreed scope.
Check materials, access and timing
Note whether packing materials are already available or need to be discussed. Add stairs, lift access, a suitable work area and the preferred timing; the final scope and materials are confirmed for each job.
Keep limitations clear
Do not assume specialist, hazardous, unusually valuable or oversized items are included. Raise them for an explicit review before the packing scope is agreed.
